A.  Overview of Zenbundle Offers Program

The Zenbundle Offers Program (the "Program") is an offers program sponsored by Zenbundle Limited (“Zenbundle”) through which individuals (“Participant(s)”) who have completed a qualifying purchase from a participating retail partner and have proof of this purchase, may be eligible to claim an offer related to that purchase. Each offer has specific terms and conditions as it relates to the offer, each of these specific terms will be posted here during the offer period.

B.   Eligibility and Participation in the Program

1.   The Program is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland
Who are at least 18 years old at the time of Qualifying Purchase (defined in Section E of these Terms and Conditions).

2.    The Program is provided to individuals only. Corporations, associations, including school organizations, or other groups may not participate in the Program.

3.    Continued participation in the Program constitutes each Participant's continued full and unconditional agreement to these Terms as they may be updated from time to time, and representation that the Participant meets the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms. There is a limit of one (1) Offer per person/e-mail address, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address. The person who is the authorized e- mail account holder of the e-mail address indicated when registering (and who otherwise meets the eligibility criteria) will be deemed the Participant.

C.  Duration, Modification and Termination of the Program

1.    The Program will continue until Zenbundle announces its termination. Zenbundle also reserves the right to suspend the Program or modify the Terms at its discretion. Termination, modification or suspension may affect a Participant's ability to redeem offers. Zenbundle shall provide at as much notice of termination or material modification of the Terms as reasonably possible, and not less than 3 months’ notice for termination of the Program.

2.    The Purchase period and redemption period for each offer will be appended to these terms. Please check below Appendices for details on specific offer purchase and redemption periods.

3.    Some offers could be quantity limited and will be available on a first come first served basis. Qualifying participants will be distributed quantity limited offers on the basis of the time and date they created their offer claim via zenbundle.com . If the offers reach a quantity limit the Participant will be notified via email that they cannot receive the offer and no monetary value or alternative offer will be provided in lieu.   

    
D.   Value and Forfeiture of Offers 

1.    No Cash Value or Transferability. Offers or Offer code of Gift Cards do not constitute property, do not entitle a member to a vested right or interest and have no cash value. As such, Offers or Offer Codes or Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, transferable or assignable for any reason, Accordingly, Offers or Offer Codes or Gift Cards are not transferable upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law. The sale or transfer of Offer Codes or Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. Offer Codes or Gift Cards may not be sold on any secondary market, and any transfer of Offer Codes or Gift Card to a secondary market shall be deemed void. You will not be compensated if your Offer Code or Gift Card is rescinded due to non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the offer or Zenbundle terms and conditions.

E. NOW Promotion Terms and Conditions

1.    Eligible DID Electrical and Euronics customers with a valid proof of purchase of a standalone NOW offer and or qualifying device detailed in point E7 below. Each offer can only be redeemed once per eligible participant.

4. In order to redeem a NOW Code, Participants must sign up at https://www.nowtv.com/ie/zenbundle and agree to the terms and conditions associated with such account and provide a valid credit or debit card to NOW and agree to all related terms and conditions when redeeming the code. See below for instructions on how to receive and redeem the NOW Code 

(defined in Section E7 of these Terms and Conditions).

 

5.    HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND RECEIVE AN OFFER CODE:  A Participant must:

i.    Purchase an eligible standalone NOW offer product from a participating retail store or partner, currently DID Electrical and participating Euronics member. Offers can be purchased in selected stores or online. The NOW offer must be purchased at the same time as another (“Qualifying Purchase”) during the offer period (the list of eligible products are detailed in section 7 of these terms and conditions); and

ii.    After Zenbundle receives notification from the retailer of an offer code claim. Zenbundle will process an offer and if the offer claim is valid, the retailers customer will receive an e-mail notification of his/her approval status with a voucher code and a link to NOW website where the code can be redeemed, subject to signing up to NOW and accepting their terms of service. In the event an Offer Claim Form is rejected, Zenbundle Administrator will send a rejection e-mail with an explanation as to why the Offer Claim Form was rejected. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation e-mails that are not received because of a Participant’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Offer e-mails to a spam or junk folder.
