No plan caps chats or messages. The order band is the size of store each plan is built for: online orders are orders placed through your online store and the Shop app in a calendar month, and in-store and POS orders do not count. Standard and Pro are billed monthly through Shopify with no lock-in. Enterprise is agreed on a setup call and invoiced annually.

Launch credit · 25 stores · closes 15 October 2026

Your first month, on us.
If you are one of the first 25.

We are launching quietly, with a small first cohort we can look after properly. The first 25 footwear stores to register and install get their first month credited back in full. Footwear and running stores only; when the places are gone, the offer closes.

● 25 places · closes 15 Oct 2026
$199 credit

The price of your first month, applied back to your account.

  1. Register below before you install, or within 24 hours of installing. Claims after that are not valid.
  2. Install Zenbundle AI Chat: Footwear from the Shopify App Store and approve the monthly charge for your plan (Standard $199 or Pro $299). There is no free trial; billing runs through Shopify like any other app.
  3. Once Shopify pays us for your first month, usually within 30 days of your Shopify bill, we apply a $199 credit to your Zenbundle account.
  4. Stay or cancel. Use it for a month and cancel if it is not for you. You still get the credit, as long as Shopify has paid us for that month. No lock-in.
Why a credit and not a trial? Three days is not long enough for a shoe store to see it answer real customers, so we would rather you have a full month on us. It also keeps the first cohort to stores who actually wanted it. Free onboarding help is there if you want it; most stores will not need it.

Claim your $199 credit

For footwear and running stores on Shopify. Takes 60 seconds. Register first, then install the app within 24 hours.

One credit per store, for stores installing Zenbundle AI Chat: Footwear. Applied as account credit once Shopify has paid us for your first month; not paid as cash. 25 places or 15 October 2026, whichever comes first. We will only use your details to process this claim and tell you about Zenbundle AI Chat. Not a shoe store? Register your vertical instead.

The gap

The questions arrive when the shop is shut.

They have one question. Does it come in a 10 wide, is it actually in stock, is the sale pair returnable. And nobody is there to answer it. So they leave, and you never find out what they wanted. That isn't a traffic problem. It's an unanswered-question problem.

The 3am question

Browsing doesn't stop when your team clocks off. Zenbundle AI Chat answers on nights, Sundays and bank holidays, in the shopper's own language, without waking anyone up.

Always on

The size question

Half a size up, or the wide fitting? A guess is a return. It answers from the sizes and widths actually on your shelf, so they order once.

Fewer returns

The "where's my order" question

Order-status queries answered in chat instead of landing in your inbox. Your team gets its morning back.

Why it's trusted on the storefront

It says no.
That's the whole point.

Most store chatbots are a language model with your logo on it. They will happily invent a product, a size, a price or a returns policy, and every one of those is a refund, a complaint, or a customer you never see again.

Zenbundle AI Chat can only speak from what it can actually read: your live Shopify catalogue, your real stock levels, your published policies. If the thing doesn't exist, it tells the shopper, and offers the nearest thing that does.

In the conversation above, the shopper asked for shoes to walk in all day. It answered with three pairs that were on the shelf at that moment, at the live prices, and nothing that wasn't.
  • Grounded in live stock.Every product it names is read from your catalogue at the moment it answers, not from a monthly export.
  • Your policies, quoted.Shipping, returns, final-sale rules and click-and-collect come from your own published pages. It never drafts terms you didn't write.
  • Guardrails per category.Footwear gets fit and width. Pharmacy gets clinical suppression and a hand-off to the pharmacist. Electrical gets spec discipline.
  • Scored, not assumed. An independent AI judge grades real conversations on helpfulness, relevance, accuracy and honesty. What it flags goes on our fix list.
  • You keep the keys.Your catalogue, your tone, your rules. Scope it to one page to start, and turn it off in one tap.
What it does for you

Six jobs your team can't do at 3am.

One assistant, tuned per store. No scripts to write and no decision trees to maintain. It reads your catalogue and gets on with it.

Finds the right product

Natural questions in, real products out. "Cushioned road shoe for marathon training, size 9." "Neutral, women's, size 6, under $130."

Live catalogue search

Answers fit and width

"Have any 4E wide?" "Wide toe box for high arches?" It checks the sizes and widths on your shelf before it names a shoe.

Fit & width

Runs a guided finder

A few taps and a big catalogue becomes three real options. Fit finder in footwear, supplement and shade finders in health and beauty, appliance finder in electrical.

Tuned to your category

Answers stock honestly

In stock, out of stock, last pair, wrong width. It checks before it claims, and it never oversells your shelf.

Stock-gated

Quotes your policies

Delivery times, returns windows, final sale, price match, free-delivery thresholds, all read from your own published pages, never invented.

Policy-grounded

Hands over cleanly

When it's a human job, like a fitting, a complaint or a bespoke order, it stops and routes to your team with the context attached.

Knows its limits
Receipts, not vanity metrics

Six live stores. Sixty days. Real orders.

Four verticals, two currencies, one engine. Every figure below is read straight from production telemetry and the stores' own Shopify sales data. Nothing modelled, nothing rounded up.

1 in 20online orders across the three stores involved a shopper who had used the assistant
Why we count orders, not impressions

Most chat vendors quote an engagement rate against the number of times their widget loaded. We don't, because that denominator is worthless on a Shopify storefront: it counts bots, scrapers and preview traffic, and it varies by more than 2× between our own stores depending on where the widget sits.

Orders are the one thing a bot never does. So both halves of this ratio come from order records. The assistant's attribution on one side, the store's own Shopify sales data on the other. It's the least flattering number we could have picked, and the only one that survives the question.

Running & footwear
United States · live since June
The heaviest user of sizing and fit. Shoppers who talked to it before checkout spent about 10% more per basket than the store average.
Pharmacy
Ireland · three stores, live June to July
Need-led rather than product-led. Clinical questions trigger a pharmacist referral before any product, and the infant-formula age gate holds under real pressure.
Electrical & sports
Ireland · live since July
Spec-heavy questions where a search box has nothing to say. "Frost free, 70/30, built in, under €500" gets an honest no and the nearest yes.
The honest read. Three of the six stores have a full 60 days of order attribution behind them; those are the numbers above. The other three went live in late July, so they have conversation data but not yet a complete attribution window. We have left them out rather than guess, and we will publish them at 60 days. Store names, revenue and per-store commercials are not published here because they are our customers' numbers, not ours. We will walk you through the full detail on a call.

Bigger baskets when they talk to it

At the running store, shoppers who had a real exchange with the assistant before checkout spent around 10% more per order than the store's overall average.

Conservative window · chat-engaged only

1.6 seconds to an answer

Average reply time across every assistant turn in the window. Fast enough that shoppers keep typing instead of closing the tab.

Measured, not promised

99.6% of replies land clean

Counting both hard errors and any reply that came back empty. On a storefront the failure that matters isn't a slow answer, it's a broken one.

How it goes live

Install it. It reads your catalogue. Done.

No replatforming, no scripts, no chat trees. The Footwear app installs from the Shopify App Store in minutes. Prefer it done for you? Our team still sets up and runs it for Growth plan stores.

Step 1

Install from the App Store

One click from the Shopify App Store, approve the charge, and the app is in your admin. No developer, no theme edits.

Step 2

It reads your catalogue

Product types, sizes, widths, stock, prices and your policy pages. It only ever answers from what it can read there.

Step 3

Make it yours

Greeting, tone, colours, quick replies, FAQs and the topics it stays out of. Scope it to a single page if you'd rather dip a toe.

Step 4

Go live and read the conversations

Switch it on, then watch what shoppers actually ask. Free onboarding help from us if you want it. Off in one tap, always.

You stay in control of the whole thing.

Your catalogue, your tone, your rules. Nothing ships on a guess. Scope it to a single page to start, switch it off in one tap whenever you want, and cancel from your Shopify admin with no lock-in. Want us to prep your catalogue, write your store brain and score every conversation weekly? That is the Growth plan. Book a setup call.

Common questions

What retailers ask about AI shopping assistants.

The questions we get most often from Shopify retailers weighing one up.

What is an AI shopping assistant?

A shopper-facing assistant that sits on your storefront and answers questions in plain language, the way a good salesperson would. Unlike a search box it can take a whole question at once, such as "cushioned road shoe for marathon training, size 9". Unlike a scripted chatbot it is not limited to a decision tree. Zenbundle AI Chat answers only from your live catalogue, your real stock and your published policies.

How much does Zenbundle AI Chat cost?

Two plans, priced by the size of your store rather than by chats. Both include unlimited chats and order lookups. Standard is $199 a month for stores doing up to 500 online orders a month. Pro is $299 a month for stores doing up to 2,500 online orders a month, and adds a monthly conversation report and an onboarding call. Both are billed through Shopify with no lock-in and are listed on the Shopify App Store listing. Above 2,500 online orders a month, or if you want the assistant built around your business (size translation across brands, your in-store service level, a contracted SLA), that is the Enterprise plan, agreed on a setup call.

Is there a free trial?

Not right now. Three days is not long enough for a shoe store to see it answer real customers, so instead the first 25 footwear stores get a $199 launch credit: a full first month, credited back to your account once Shopify has paid us for it. Use it for a month and cancel if it is not for you; you still get the credit.

How does the $199 launch credit work?

Register on this page before you install, or within 24 hours of installing. Install the Footwear app and approve the monthly charge for your plan. Once Shopify pays us for your first month, usually within 30 days of your Shopify bill, we apply a $199 credit to your Zenbundle account. One credit per store, 25 places, and the offer closes on 15 October 2026 or when the places are gone, whichever comes first.

Do AI shopping assistants give accurate information?

Not all of them. Most are a general language model with a store's logo on it, so they can invent a product, a size, a price or a returns policy. Zenbundle AI Chat can only speak from what it reads in your live Shopify catalogue and your own policy pages. If the thing does not exist it says so, and offers the nearest thing that does. Across the measured window 99.6% of its replies were delivered clean, counting both hard errors and empty replies as failures.

How do I add an AI shopping assistant to my Shopify store?

Footwear stores install Zenbundle AI Chat: Footwear from the Shopify App Store. It reads your catalogue, you set the greeting, tone and colours, and you switch it on. Most stores are live in minutes; free onboarding help is there if you want it. Growth plan stores in any vertical get it set up and run by our team, live in 24 hours. See how we work.

My store isn't footwear. When is my vertical coming?

Dedicated apps for pharmacy and health, beauty, electrical and appliances, sports and outdoor, fashion, baby and kids, home and garden, pets, and toys are coming online over the coming months, in the order stores ask for them. Register your vertical and we will tell you the day yours is live. The same engine is already live for Growth plan stores in pharmacy, electrical and sports retail today.

How is this different from a generic Shopify AI chatbot?

Two things. It is grounded, so it answers from your live catalogue and policies rather than from general knowledge. And it is tuned per category: footwear gets fit and width, pharmacy gets clinical suppression and a hand-off to the pharmacist, electrical gets spec discipline.

Not a shoe store?

Make a Zenbundle AI Chat for my store.

Tell us your vertical and we will email you the day its app is live. It takes 30 seconds and it is how we decide what to build next. Want the assistant sooner? Our team sets it up for any vertical on the Growth plan.

Give every shopper the person
they'd have met in your shop.

The same engine is already answering thousands of real shoppers across running, pharmacy, electrical and sports retail. Footwear stores can install it today.

Official Shopify App · 25 launch credits · closes 15 October 2026
How these numbers are measured. Every figure on this page is read from Zenbundle AI Chat production telemetry and the stores' own Shopify sales data for 15 June to 13 August 2026. 1 in 20 is across the three stores with a full attribution window: it compares orders the assistant attributed against total orders in Shopify for the same stores and the same dates. It is order-to-order, so bot and scraper traffic cannot reach either side of it. An attributed order is one where the assistant was present and interacted with in the seven days before checkout, which makes it an influence measure rather than a last-click one. The basket comparison is the US running store: shoppers who had a genuine two-way exchange with the assistant before checkout, against the same store's overall average order value in the same window. 6 in 10 is the same running store: 58% of the 2,390 questions shoppers typed in the window arrived outside the store's posted opening hours, by the store's local time. 1 in 2 is the same store: 50% of the 1,018 conversations included at least one question about size, width or fit, counting a bare size typed in reply to the assistant as a size question. 99.6% counts both hard errors and empty replies as failures. 1.6 seconds is the turn-weighted mean reply time. Internal and test conversations are excluded throughout. The hero image is a screenshot of the live assistant on an independent comfort footwear store in September 2026, answering from that store's stock and prices at the time; the store's name has been removed from the widget header and the currency prefix on the prices shortened to a plain dollar sign, and nothing else was changed. We do not publish engagement rates measured against widget loads, because that denominator includes non-human traffic and is not comparable between stores.
